About

Week 6 focuses on understanding value from the customer’s perspective. Founders examine why someone would care about this solution and what makes it worth paying attention to.

This week looks at alternatives, including existing tools, workarounds, and habits. Founders consider what someone would give up, change, or replace to use their solution.

Rather than trying to make the solution sound impressive, founders work on understanding what actually matters to the customer and what does not.

By the end of the week, founders should be clearer on what makes their work meaningful to someone else.
