Week 3 moves from abstract descriptions of users to one specific person. Instead of talking about markets or segments, founders focus on a real individual and their day.

Founders work on describing who this person is, what their day looks like, and where the problem shows up in practice. The goal is to understand behavior, not demographics or labels.

This week emphasizes observation over theory. Founders are encouraged to stay grounded in what people actually do, not what they say they might do in the future.

By the end of the week, founders should be able to talk about their customer in a concrete and human way, making later decisions more grounded.
